Further information on procedures in relation to the certification of specified circumstances is available at the website of the Education Bureau (EDB), or applicants may contact EDB at 3540 7447.

If school applicants are confirmed by their schools to be ineligible for consideration of ACL, their ACL indicated under "Alternative Qualification(s) in Chinese Language (ACL)" will be deleted from their JUPAS accounts after the deadline of 7 April 2017 (5:00 pm).

Applicants can log on their JUPAS accounts to check the updated status once the qualifications and the specified circumstances have been verified and certified respectively by their schools.

Should there be any discrepancies between the information entered by the applicants and the information contained in certified true copies of the certificates, information contained in these certified true copies of the certificates is final.  The GCE / GCSE / IGCSE results will be amended by the JUPAS Office according to the information contained in the uploaded certified true copies of the certificates without further notice.  Applicants can log on their JUPAS accounts to check the amended information, if any, after all the certificates are verified by the JUPAS Office.

Certification of the applicants' specified circumstances and / or the certified true copies of the certificates of the GCE / GCSE / IGCSE results not received by the JUPAS Office on or before the deadline of 7 April 2017 (5:00 pm) will NOT be taken into consideration by the 9 JUPAS participating-institutions and the SSSDP institutions.  In the above case, the applicants' ACL indicated under "Alternative Qualification(s) in Chinese Language (ACL)" will be deleted from their JUPAS accounts after the deadline of 7 April 2017 (5:00 pm).

The final decision on admission will be subject to the authentication of the qualifications as listed in the applications of the applicants.  Additionally, if applicants are not able to produce the original copies of the supporting documents when required, the JUPAS applications of those applicants may be disqualified, or the 9 JUPAS participating-institutions and the SSSDP institutions may withdraw or amend their offers, or cancel their registration / enrolment, or terminate the studies of those applicants.
