The JUPAS Office undertakes to keep personal data provided by applicants strictly confidential. However, the Office may provide such information to any other person or agent as a basis for various types of processing in relation to your application under a duty of confidentiality to the JUPAS Office.
In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to access, correct and update your own information. You can login onto the JUPAS online application system to enquire, update and print a copy of your personal data.
If you wish to request a copy of the application you have submitted, you must submit your request in person to the JUPAS Office.
In accordance with the terms of the Ordinance, the JUPAS Office has set a fee for the processing of any such data access request.
