About JUPAS

School Reference Report / Reference Report

1 What are the differences between School Reference Report and Reference Report?

School Reference Reports are completed and submitted by school principals, or by teachers who are authorised by the school principals to do so for their schools' JUPAS applicants via the JUPAS online application system.

Reference Reports are completed by referees aged 18 or above for non-school applicants who can download the "Reference Report" forms under "Forms" of the "Download Area" of their JUPAS accounts.  Each non-school applicant is allowed to submit ONE Reference Report only.  They may however also choose not to submit one.

The original copies of the Reference Reports, if available, must be completed and returned to the JUPAS Office either by post or by hand on or before the deadline of 21 March 2018 (5:00 pm).

Email acknowledgements will be sent to the applicants and their referees within 5 working days upon receipt of the completed Reference Reports by the JUPAS Office.

2 Can non-school applicants submit their Reference Reports via their JUPAS accounts?
