About JUPAS

SLP

1 Will the 9 JUPAS participating-institutions and the SSSDP institutions consider applicants' SLPs?

The 9 JUPAS participating-institutions and the SSSDP institutions recognise SLPs as documents of good reference value for admission purposes that provide additional information on applicants' whole person development encompassing their personal qualities and competencies.

The submission of SLP is optional.  Applicants can upload their SLPs (in PDF format with a maximum file size of 3MB) to their JUPAS accounts on or before the deadline of 25 April 2018 (11:59 pm).  Hard copy / email submission will NOT be accepted.

2 How will the 9 JUPAS participating-institutions and the SSSDP institutions consider applicants' SLPs?

It is the discretion of individual programmes to determine how the SLP will be considered (e.g. when there are ties, this may give more information to determine the admission priority; they may also be referred to during interviews).

Please refer to the section on Student Learning Profile (SLP).

3 Can applicants upload the SLPs which they have submitted with their applications in the previous cycle?

YES.  Applicants can upload the SLPs which they have submitted with their applications in the previous cycle.  The submission of SLP is optional.

5 If applicants wish to update their uploaded SLPs before the deadline for submission of SLP, do they need to re-upload the updated pages or the whole SLPs?
