About JUPAS

YES.  ALL applicants, including those applicants with prior HKDSE Examination results who will not be sitting for the 2025 HKDSE Examination, will be allocated with time slots for the modifications of programme choices.  Applicants should log in to their JUPAS accounts to check the time slots allocated to them for the modifications of programme choices from 25 June 2025 (9:00 am).  The allocated time slot for each applicant will NOT be changed under any circumstances.

Applicants can log in to their JUPAS accounts at any internet-connected computers or mobile devices to modify their programme choices.

Applicants who are outside Hong Kong and wish to modify their programme choices within their allocated time slots should note that the JUPAS online application system operates according to Hong Kong time zone (HKT, i.e. UTC +8) and will be temporarily unavailable during 3:00 am – 6:00 am (HKT) daily for system maintenance.  Applicants are reminded to note the time zone difference if they are overseas.

Applicants are also reminded to check if there will be restrictions on internet access in some countries which may prevent them from accessing their JUPAS accounts from overseas.

YES.  If applicants have different thoughts after submitting modification, or if they have missed their allocated time slots, a one-time only resubmission with a fee of HK$250 is applicable.  Applicants who wish to request for resubmission should confirm understanding and accepting the terms of resubmission declaration via their JUPAS accounts before deadline (i.e. 19 July 2025 (1:15 pm)*).

After this one-time only resubmission, no further change of programme choices will be allowed.

Request for resubmission MUST be completed by 19 July 2025 (1:15 pm)*.
