Accepting Main Round Offers

Applicants with Main Round offers MUST complete STEP 1 AND STEP 2 below to complete their acceptance of offers.

STEP 1: PAY Acceptance Fees

Channels and Procedures for Payment of Acceptance Fee

Applicants with Main Round offers MUST pay the acceptance fees of HK$5,000 by 8 August 2024 (5:00 pm) via one of the channels listed in the section Channels and Procedures for Payment of Acceptance Fee.

Late payment will NOT be accepted.

Financial Assistance

The government offers financial assistance in the form of non-means-tested loan to degree-seeking students, and means-tested loans and/or grant to needy full-time students of UGC-funded programmes.  Government grant/loans are available for application in August and September. Important guidelines and procedures will be available on the website of Scholarships and Financial Aid Unit:

Students with immediate and proven financial need can contact Scholarships and Financial Aid Unit (Telephone No.: (852) 3411 5912 or (852) 3411 2302) of the Office of Student Affairs at WLB401, 4/F, The Wing Lung Bank Building for Business Studies, Shaw Campus, by 5:30pm, 7 August 2024 (Wednesday).

Fail to pay the acceptance fees or complete the registration / enrolment procedures
Applicants who fail to pay the acceptance fees by deadline 8 August 2024 (5:00 pm) and / or fail to complete the registration / enrolment procedures at the institutions offering them admissions will be regarded as having declined their Main Round offers, and they will NOT be reconsidered for admission to any other programmes under JUPAS in the same academic year (2024 – 2025).
