Confirmation of Successful Modification and Submission of Programme Choices: My CONFIRMED Programme Choices

After successful modifications and submission of programme choices, applicants should see a confirmation page showing the programme choices selected and saved in applicants' JUPAS accounts.  Applicants should print the confirmation pages as a record of the programme choices they have selected and submitted.  These will be the applicants' FINAL programme choice lists to be considered by the 9 JUPAS participating-institutions and / or the SSSDP institutions for the compilation of the merit order lists for the iteration process.

Applicants will also receive emails#(containing their CONFIRMED programme choices) and SMS^ from the JUPAS Office upon successful modifications and submission of programme choices.

It is applicants' responsibilities to check for such messages.  If they do not receive these confirmation messages after completion of steps above, they should contact the JUPAS Office immediately.

Applicants should retain copies of the confirmation page and acknowledgement emails as evidence that their programme choices have been successfully modified.  In the event of any disputes or queries, the JUPAS Office will ONLY accept these printed pages as official evidence.  No other documentation in hard copy or electronic form will be accepted.

Applicants are also advised to log in to their JUPAS accounts again to double check and re-confirm that their programme choices have been successfully modified and saved.

Only applicants with upgraded HKDSE Examination results on subject levels / grades after rechecking and remarking (RR results) who have submitted requests for reconsideration of applications based on their RR results may modify their programme choices.

Notes on Submission of Programme Choices

Applicants should note that any programme choices contained in "My DRAFT Programme Choices" are their working drafts only and would NEITHER be:

  1. considered by the 9 JUPAS participating-institutions and the SSSDP institutions; nor
