1.   Eligibility

Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria may submit their JUPAS applications via the JUPAS Online Application System during the application period specified below.  For more information, please refer to the Eligibility.

2.   Programmes Offered under JUPAS

• UGC-funded full-time bachelor's degree / higher diploma programmes offered by the following 8 UGC-funded institutions:
  • City University of Hong Kong
  • Hong Kong Baptist University
  • Lingnan University
  • The Chinese University of Hong Kong
  • The Education University of Hong Kong (including full-time higher diploma programme)
  • The Hong Kong Polytechnic University
  • The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology
  • The University of Hong Kong

• self-financing full-time bachelor's degree programmes offered by Hong Kong Metropolitan University; and

• SSSDP designated first-year-first-degree programmes offered by the SSSDP institutions.

3.   Application Period

9 October 2025 (9:00 am) – 3 December 2025 (5:00 pm)
(Late application period: 5 December 2025 (9:00 am) – 27 May 2026 (5:00 pm))

4.   Application Fee

HK$460
(Late applications will be subject to an additional late charge of HK$350.)
