Summary of Eligibility of Requests for Reconsideration

Applicants who do not obtain upgraded HKDSE Examination results in subject levels / grades after rechecking and remarking (RR results) are NOT ELIGIBLE to submit requests for reconsideration of application (Reconsideration).

Applicants who obtain RR results but without Main Round offers and wish to be reconsidered for offers MAY SUBMIT requests for Reconsiderations WITH or WITHOUT modifications of their programme choices.

Applicants who have RR results but without Main Round offers and do not wish to be reconsidered for offers NEED NOT submit requests for Reconsideration.

Applicants who have RR results and are not satisfied with their Main Round offers and wish to be reconsidered for Offers after Reconsideration MAY SUBMIT requests for Reconsideration WITH or WITHOUT modifications of their programme choices.

Applicants who have RR results and are not satisfied with their Main Round offers but do not wish to be reconsidered for Offers after Reconsideration NEED NOT submit requests for Reconsideration.

Applicants who have RR results and are satisfied with their Main Round offers NEED NOT submit requests for Reconsideration.

Programme choices remaining under "My DRAFT Programme Choices" are working drafts only which will NOT be submitted automatically and will NOT be considered by the Institutions.

Only programme choices recorded under "My CONFIRMED Programme Choices" will be considered by the Institutions.
