School Reference Report (SRR) / Reference Report

School Reference Reports (SRR) (for school applicants only)

School Reference Reports (SRR) (for school applicants only) are mandatory.

School principals, or teachers who are authorised by the school principals need to complete and submit for their schools' JUPAS applicants via the JUPAS online application system.

The deadline for schools to submit SRR via the JUPAS online application system is 20 March 2024 (11:59 pm).

Late submission / further amendment will NOT be accepted.

Reference Reports (for non-school applicants only)

Each non-school applicant is allowed to submit ONE Reference Report only.  They may however also choose not to submit one.

Referees aged 18 or above need to complete and duly sign the Reference Reports for non-school applicants.  Applicants can download the "Reference Report" under "Forms" of the "Download Area" from their JUPAS accounts.

Copies of the duly signed Reference Reports, if available, must be completed and returned to the JUPAS Office via email at info@jupas.edu.hk on or before the deadline of 20 March 2024 (11:59 pm).  Late submission will NOT be accepted.

Email#^ acknowledgements will be sent to the non-school applicants and their referees within 5 working days upon the receipt of the completed and duly signed Reference Reports by the JUPAS Office.

As email is one of the channels that the JUPAS Office, the 9 JUPAS participating-institutions and the SSSDP institutions will use to contact applicants, applicants must ensure that the setting of their personal email accounts will not filter out or place such correspondence in the trash / junk / spam folders.

^ Emails and SMS are delivered via third party network providers and therefore the JUPAS Office is not responsible for any delay, loss, transfer, amendment or damage arising from the transmission process via third party network providers.

Should there be any discrepancies between information contained in emails and SMS and applicants' JUPAS accounts, the information contained in the latter (i.e. the JUPAS accounts) shall prevail.

Applicants are strongly advised to log in to their JUPAS accounts to double-check the related information.
