About JUPAS Online Application System
Virtual Waiting Room (Main Round Offer)
As a large volume of applicants is expected to log in to the JUPAS Online Application System to view their Main Round offer results, the JUPAS Office is introducing the Virtual Waiting Room this year to help manage the system traffic, reduce system load, and enhance overall service stability when a large number of applicants log in to the system simultaneously.
In addition, the Virtual Waiting Room allows applicants to check their queue status and estimated waiting time, making the waiting arrangements transparent for applicants' reference.
The "Queue ID" is shown at the bottom of the error page in small red text. It consists of 36 letters and numbers.
Applicants may submit the Error Code and the Queue ID to the JUPAS Office via the Enquiry Form. The JUPAS Office will conduct an investigation and record tracing based on the Queue ID provided.
As the investigation may take time, please immediately click the red "Get a new place in line" button in the centre of the page to rejoin the queue.
When the Virtual Waiting Room reaches applicants' queue number, the Virtual Waiting Room will reserve a 5-minute login period for applicants.
If applicants do not click to enter the JUPAS Online Application System within that 5-minute period, their queue number will automatically expire for security and traffic control reasons, and the Virtual Waiting Room page will display a related message.
Applicants must rejoin the queue and their original queue position cannot be restored.
The Virtual Waiting Room provides a 5-minute login window to ensure that all applicants waiting in the queue have a fair opportunity to log in. As expired queue positions cannot be restored, please click the red "Get a new place in line" button in the centre of the page to rejoin the queue.
