School Reference Reports (for school applicants only)
School Reference Reports are completed and submitted by school principals, or by teachers who are authorised by the school principals to do so for their schools' JUPAS applicants via the JUPAS online application system.
The deadline for schools to submit School Reference Reports via the JUPAS online application system is 31 March 2020 (11:59 pm) Updated.
Reference Reports (for non-school applicants only)
Reference Reports are completed by referees aged 18 or above for non-school applicants who can download the "Reference Report" under "Forms" of the "Download Area" of their JUPAS accounts. Each non-school applicant is allowed to submit ONE Reference Report only. They may however also choose not to submit one.
Email^ acknowledgements will be sent to the applicants and their referees within 5 working days upon receipt of the completed Reference Reports by the JUPAS Office.
^ Emails and SMS are delivered via third party network providers and therefore the JUPAS Office is not responsible for any delay, loss, transfer, amendment or damage arising from the transmission process via third party network providers.
Should there be any discrepancies between information contained in emails and SMS and applicants' JUPAS accounts, the information contained in the latter (i.e. the JUPAS accounts) is final.
Applicants are strongly advised to log on their JUPAS accounts to double-check the related information.
