Application Procedures
Application Period and Method
Applicants who wish to apply for admission to the programmes offered under JUPAS and are eligible to apply via JUPAS should submit and complete their applications via the JUPAS online application system from 6 October 2021 (9:00 am) – 8 December 2021 (11:59 pm).
Applicants will receive emails#^ from the JUPAS Office upon their successful creation of an applicant's record and successful generation of an application number by the JUPAS online application system.
It is applicants' responsibilities to check for such messages. If they believe they should have received such messages but it does not appear they have, they should enquire at the JUPAS Office immediately.
Applicants are advised to submit their applications earlier to avoid heavy internet traffic near the deadline (i.e. 8 December 2021 (11:59 pm)).
Applicants who have missed the above deadline (i.e. 8 December 2021 (11:59 pm)) may submit late applications. Late applications are accepted during the period 10 December 2021 (9:00 am) – 1 June 2022 (5:00 pm).
All late applications MUST BE completed and submitted via the JUPAS online application system.
The fee for late application is HK$810 (which includes a late charge of HK$350 and the application fee of HK$460). Applicants must pay the late application fee via credit card or PPS by Internet.
Applicants should note that whilst late applications are accepted, under no circumstances whatsoever would submissions of OEA, SLP, Other Academic Results (Language Subjects), Music Qualifications, ACL and Reference Report (for non-school applicants only) be accepted after their respective deadlines.
Late applications submitted after the deadline of 1 June 2022 (5:00 pm) will NOT be accepted.
Upon successful creation of an applicant's record and successful generation of an application number by the JUPAS online application system, applicants will receive emails#^ from the JUPAS Office.

Applicants who are not current secondary school students MUST apply via JUPAS as non-school applicants.
ALL applicants (school and non-school applicants) applying via JUPAS on the strength of their HKDSE Examination results are considered on the same basis by the 9 JUPAS participating-institutions and the SSSDP institutions.

^ Emails and SMS are delivered via third party network providers and therefore the JUPAS Office is not responsible for any delay, loss, transfer, amendment or damage arising from the transmission process via third party network providers.

Applicants are strongly advised to log on their JUPAS accounts to double-check the related information.
■ Since important messages and correspondence from the JUPAS Office, the 9 JUPAS participating-institutions and the SSSDP institutions will be sent via applicants' mobile phone numbers and / or mailing addresses, applicants SHOULD NEVER share their mobile phone numbers or mailing addresses with other applicants in order to protect any information related to their JUPAS applications.
