Updating of Programme Choices

1 How many rounds of amendment fee payment can applicants make? How many times can applicants update their programme choices?

There is no limit on the number of requests for payment of amendment fee applicants can make or the number of times applicants can update their programme choices. However, before updating the programme choices, applicants are required to pay amendment fee of HK$100 for each submission. Applicants must complete all the necessary procedures on or before the deadline of 28 May 2025 (11:59 pm).

2 Can applicants change all their selected programme choices if they pay the amendment fee only once?

YES. After each payment of the amendment fee, applicants may update their selected programme choices in any of the following options:

REPLACE a programme choice with another one / ADD new programmes to the original programme choice lists (as long as the total number of programme choices does not exceed 20); and / or
REARRANGE the order of the programme choices; and / or
DELETE programmes from the programme choice lists.

Applicants must complete all the necessary procedures on or before the deadline of 28 May 2025 (11:59 pm).
