Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Engineering in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science 文學士及工學學士(人工智能及數據科學)

BA&BEng(AI&DataSc)

Short Description

The five-year BA & BEng in AI and Data Science double degree programme offers a unique opportunity to combine advanced technical training in AI and data science with critical insights from the humanities. From the first year, students are encouraged to explore both fields, pursuing their own interests while being introduced to core disciplines in AI, data science, and the humanities.

By the end of Year 1, students will have a solid foundation in AI and data science, the humanities, and their intersection. The interdisciplinary and flexible curriculum from Year 2 onward allows students to develop their individual study plan within a structured yet adaptable framework. Alongside the primary programme of study, students may also pursue additional minors or electives to broaden their academic experience.

Throughout the programme, students will have opportunities to engage in internships, research projects, and international exchanges, enhancing their understanding of how AI and emerging technologies intersect with human culture, ethics, and society.
