Short Description
The programme covers the core surveying areas of construction technology, real estate and development management, land and construction law and real estate economics and investment, along with the current Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills, all of which back up the professional roles and tasks at planning, development, construction, and occupancy phases of the building life cycle.

Applicants with previous HKDSE subject result of A040 ‘Liberal Studies’ will be used as the alternative of the core subject requirement of A045 ‘Citizenship and Social Development’.
Admission Score Calculation on Citizenship and Social Development
“Attained” in Citizenship and Social Development will be counted as “Level 2” in the admission score calculation.
Recognition of Mathematics Extended Part (i.e. Module 1 (Calculus and Statistics) / Module 2 (Algebra and Calculus)) as Elective Subject
Extended Part in Mathematics (M1/M2) will be counted as elective subjects for the purpose of meeting the General Entrance Requirements. If applicants have taken both M1 and M2, only the module with the best result will be taken into consideration.
Calculation of scores for applicants with more than 1 sitting in HKDSE Examination
The best result from a combination of all HKDSE subjects will be considered and there is no penalty or marks deducted for repeated sittings.
Alternative Qualification(s) in Chinese Language (for NCS applicants only)
If applicants do not have the required HKDSE Chinese Language qualifications, under specific circumstances1, the following language results will be considered individually in the application :

Notes:
- The tuition fees shown above are at the fee level of 2023/24. The fees for the subsequent years after 2023/24 shall be subject to annual adjustments capped at the movement of the Composite Consumer Price Index (CCPI) announced by the Government.
- The annual tuition fees, shown in the above, are calculated based on the average credit points per year multiplied by the per-credit fee and are shown for reference only. The minimum credit requirement for graduation is 132 credit points. The actual annual tuition fees payable by individual students may vary from the amounts shown.
- The unit subsidy for this programme is $44,950 per annum in 2023/24 cohort. The subsidy is tenable for the normal duration of the programme, i.e. for a period of 4 years.
- Only local students are eligible to be subsidised under SSSDP.
