Short Description
The Bachelor of Maritime Services and Operations Management (Honours) programme aims to provide the maritime industry with comprehensive business and technical education. It is designed to nurture all-rounded business talents to meet the industry's future demand amid the ever-changing business environments and growing economy. It enables students to acquire wide knowledge of operations and management within a broad framework of the maritime industry. Students will be given opportunities to explore the industry locally and overseas through activities like study tours, company visits, etc., to develop a global mindset and professional outlook.

Applicants with previous HKDSE subject result of A040 ‘Liberal Studies’ will be used as the alternative of the core subject requirement of A045 ‘Citizenship and Social Development’.

- HKDSE Category B subjects (Applied Learning) with attainment at “Attained” or above will be considered as elective subjects.

After the deduction of the SSSDP subsidy (calculation is based on the 2025/26 cohort SSSDP amount):

Remarks:
- The annual subsidy amount of HK$46,780 is only applicable to the 2025/26 cohort; the annual subsidy amount for 2026/27 cohort is to be announced by the Education Bureau. The annual subsidy amount may vary in each academic year subject to the announcement by the Education Bureau. For details, please visit http://www.cspe.edu.hk/sssdp.
- The subsidy is tenable for the normal duration of the programme, i.e. 4 years.
- Only local students are eligible for subsidy under SSSDP.
