1 Will the 9 JUPAS participating-institutions and the SSSDP institutions consider applicants' SLPs?

The 9 JUPAS participating-institutions and the SSSDP institutions recognise SLPs as reference for admission purposes.  They provide additional information about applicants' whole-person development, including their personal qualities and competencies.

The submission of SLP is optional.  Applicants may upload their SLPs in PDF format only (a maximum file size of 3MB) via their JUPAS accounts by 27 May 2026 (5:00 pm).  Hard copy / email submission is NOT accepted.

2 How will the 9 JUPAS participating-institutions and the SSSDP institutions consider applicants' SLPs?

It is entirely the discretion of individual programmes to determine how the SLP will be considered (e.g. SLP may be referred to during interviews).

Please refer to the section on Student Learning Profile (SLP) for more details.

3 Can applicants upload the SLPs which they have submitted with their applications in previous admissions exercises?

YES.  Applicants can upload the SLPs as they wish, including the ones that they have submitted with their applications in previous admissions exercises.  The submission of SLP is optional.

4 Since applicants' SLPs are being kept by their schools, can the SLPs be uploaded by schools?

NO.  SLPs can only be uploaded by applicants via their JUPAS accounts.  The deadline for uploading SLPs to the JUPAS account is 27 May 2026 (5:00 pm).

Late submission / further amendment or hard copy / email submission is NOT accepted.

5 If applicants wish to update their uploaded SLPs before the deadline for submission of SLP, do they need to re-upload the updated pages only or the whole SLPs?

Applicants who wish to update their uploaded SLPs before the submission deadline of SLP need to re-upload the whole SLPs.  Once the SLP is uploaded and saved successfully, the old SLP will be erased automatically.

The deadline for uploading SLP to the JUPAS account is 27 May 2026 (5:00 pm).

Late submission / further amendment or hard copy / email submission is NOT accepted.
