Bachelor of Engineering in Data and Systems Engineering 工學學士(數據與系統工程)

BEng(DASE)

Short Description

In the midst of the cyber and physical worlds, this programme has uniquely proposed the concept of ‘computing-in-practice.’ From data collection, data analytics, and decision-making with the most advanced technology like artificial intelligence to system automation and robotics, we connect the cyber and physical worlds and create more value for mankind. With this in mind, this programme has two key focuses: Data Analytics and Computing, and Robotics and Intelligent Systems.

The curriculum covers operational research, data-driven optimisation, system simulation, and modelling. It also introduces innovative technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning, sensor technology, computer vision, and additive manufacturing.

Students gain practical experience through real-world projects and research, pushing technology’s boundaries. They will learn to integrate theoretical concepts with cutting-edge technology, enhancing their skills in data collection, decision-making, and system automation.

Our graduates are prepared for careers in diverse industries including banking, logistics, construction, robotics, automation, and healthcare engineering.

Entry Scholarship
