Application Period and Fee

Applicants should submit and pay for their JUPAS applications according to the periods stated below.
Late submission / payment is NOT accepted.
All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable to another admissions year / other applications.

Payment Channels

All successful payments via the JUPAS Online Application System will be notified via the following means:

Registered email^#^;
JUPAS account message box;
SMS^■^^◊ via registered mobile phone number; and
Updated "Payment History" in the JUPAS account.

It is the sole responsibility of the applicants to check the confirmation messages carefully. If these confirmation messages are not received, applicants should contact the JUPAS Office immediately.

Applicants are also advised to check the system maintenance schedules of the respective online payment channels and avoid making payments during maintenance periods.

AlipayHK	Applicants may pay via AlipayHK QR Code. Applicants need not be the AlipayHK registrants.
Credit Card	Applicants may pay via VISA / MasterCard (issued by any bank). Applicants need not be the credit card holders. Not available for Acceptance Fee payment Note: The JUPAS Office may access limited billing and payment information for administrative purposes. Please note the full credit card number is masked and is not accessible by the JUPAS Office.
FPS	Applicants may pay via FPS QR Code. Applicants need not be the FPS registrants. Note: The JUPAS Office has access to the FPS registrant's full name and bank name after a successful payment.
PPS by Internet	Applicants may pay via PPS by Internet. Applicants need not be the PPS account holders. Note: PPS by Phone will NOT be accepted. The JUPAS Office has no access to the bank account information for making the payment.

^#As email is one of the channels that the JUPAS Office, the 9 JUPAS participating-institutions and the SSSDP institutions will use to contact applicants, applicants must ensure that the setting of their personal email accounts will not filter out or place such correspondence in the trash / junk / spam folders.

^ Emails and SMS are delivered via third party network providers and therefore the JUPAS Office is not responsible for any delay, loss, transfer, amendment or damage arising from the transmission process via third party network providers.

Should there be any discrepancies between information contained in emails and SMS and applicants' JUPAS accounts, the information contained in the JUPAS accounts will prevail.

Applicants are strongly advised to log in to their JUPAS accounts to double-check the related information.

^■Since important messages and correspondence from the JUPAS Office, the 9 JUPAS participating-institutions and the SSSDP institutions will be sent via applicants' mobile phone numbers and / or mailing addresses, applicants SHOULD NEVER share their mobile phone numbers or mailing addresses with other applicants in order to protect any information related to their JUPAS applications.

^◊ SMS will be sent with the Registered SMS Sender ID of #JUPAS to a valid Hong Kong mobile phone number.
