Period 2: Supporting Documents Submission (Jan – Apr 2027)

Submission of School Reference Report (SRR) / Reference Report is not mandatory.  Different arrangements apply to school applicants and non-school applicants.

The 9 participating-institutions and SSSDP institutions (the Institutions) may consider the SRR / Reference Report in addition to the applicants' HKDSE Examination results.

SRR / Reference Report is provided for reference only.  The Institutions will determine whether and how the information is considered in their admissions assessments.

School principals, or teachers authorised by the principals, may complete and submit SRRs for their schools' JUPAS applicants via the JUPAS Online Application System during 20 January 2027 (9:00 am) to 17 March 2027 (5:00 pm).  Late submission / further amendment is NOT accepted.

Although SRRs are submitted by the school, applicants are responsible for following up with their schools.  Applicants should log in to their JUPAS accounts and check the submission status under "Application Overview" by 17 March 2027 (5:00 pm).

Each non-school applicant may submit ONE Reference Report, to be completed and submitted by a referee aged 18 or above.  Applicants should carefully check that the referee's email address is correct before confirming it in their JUPAS accounts.

Reference Reports may be submitted during 20 January 2027 (9:00 am) to 17 March 2027 (5:00 pm).  Late submission / further amendment is NOT accepted.

Non-school applicants who wish to submit a Reference Report should complete the following steps as early as possible after 20 January 2027 (9:00 am):

• Log in to their JUPAS accounts;

• Select "Reference Report" on the "Other Qualifications and Information" page; and

• Enter the email address of their referees.

An email containing a link to the Reference Report will be sent automatically to the referee for completion and submission.

Entering a referee's email address does NOT constitute successful submission of the Reference Report.  Applicants are responsible for following up with their referees to complete and submit the Reference Report.  Applicants should log in to their JUPAS accounts and check the submission status under "Application Overview" by 17 March 2027 (5:00 pm).
