Other Academic Results (Language Subjects)
Introduction
Submission of Other Academic Results (Language Subjects) information is optional. Applicants may submit up to 10 entries and should enter only the highest level / score attained for each qualification.
The 9 JUPAS participating-institutions and the SSSDP institutions (the Institutions) may consider these qualifications in addition to the applicants' HKDSE Examination results.
Other Academic Results (Language Subjects) are provided for reference only. The Institutions will determine whether and how the qualifications are considered in their admissions assessments.

For the applicable entrance requirements, please refer to the General entrance requirements and individual programme requirements.
HKDSE Examination Results
The JUPAS Office and the Institutions will obtain applicants' ALL past and / or current HKDSE Examination results recorded by the HKEAA directly from the HKEAA, including results for Category C: Other Language Subjects.
Applicants do NOT need to enter these results again under Other Academic Results (Language Subjects) in their JUPAS accounts.

After completing all applicable procedures, applicants should log in to their JUPAS accounts to check that:

Their qualifications have been successfully submitted and saved;

The qualification information is correct; and
-
The relevant results have been verified.
School applicants should also monitor the verification status in their JUPAS accounts and follow up with their schools promptly if their qualifications have not been verified.
Non-school applicants should monitor the verification status in their JUPAS accounts. If the JUPAS Office requests further information on supporting documents, they should follow up promptly.
Submissions of qualifications do not mean that verification has been completed. Only qualifications shown as verified in the JUPAS account will be considered by the Institutions.
In the event of any disputes and queries, the JUPAS Office will refer to the records maintained in the JUPAS Online Application System.
The Institutions may require applicants to present the original supporting documents for verification. Applicants should ensure that all qualifications entered and supporting documents submitted are accurate and verifiable. The submission of false or unverifiable qualifications may result in disqualification of the JUPAS application, withdrawal of an offer, cancellation of registration or enrolment, or termination of studies by the Institutions.
