Period 4: Post-HKDSE Exam Results Announcement

Applicants may modify their programme choices ONCE, FREE OF CHARGE, during the period 14 July (3:00 pm) – 16 July 2027 (3:00 pm)*.  The JUPAS Online Application System will be unavailable daily from 3:00 am – 6:00 am for system maintenance.

Applicants who do not wish to modify their programme choices do NOT need to make any submission during the modification period.

Their programme choice recorded under "My CONFIRMED Programme Choices" as {{deadline}} (5:00 pm) will continue to be considered by the 9 JUPAS participating-institutions and / or the SSSDP institutions (the Institutions).

Applicants should ensure that their confirmed programme choices and order of preference are correct.

Applicants should refer to Selection / Updating and Modification of Programme Choices for:

• The permitted modifications and applicable limits;

• How to submit programme choices from "My DRAFT Programme Choices" to "My CONFIRMED Programme Choices"; and

• How to check their confirmed programme choices after submission.

Only programme choices successfully submitted to "My CONFIRMED Programme Choices" within the modification period will be considered by the Institutions.

A one-time only resubmission is available to applicants who have:

• already used their free modification but wish to modify and resubmit their programme choices; or

• missed the modification period (14 July (3:00 pm) – 16 July 2027 (3:00 pm)*) and wish to submit programme choices.

After the one-time resubmission, no further modification of programme choices is allowed under these arrangements.

Applicants MUST request and complete the resubmission via their JUPAS accounts by 16 July 2027 (3:00 pm)*.  A resubmission fee of HK$250 is payable via one of the channels listed in the section Application Period and Fee.

The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable to another admissions year / other application.  Late request, payment or resubmission is not accepted.

Upon confirmation of successful payment, applicants' programme choices will be restored to the original programme choices as at 26 May 2027 (5:00 pm)).  Applicants should then modify and resubmit their programme choices via their JUPAS accounts by 16 July 2027 (3:00 pm)*.
