Short Description
The Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Physiotherapy Programme aims to equip students with fundamental knowledge, diagnostic and clinical skills; professional attitudes and competencies required for safe, independent and effective practice; and global vision and values as professional physiotherapists who provide high quality physiotherapy practice in a diverse range of public and private health care settings on graduation.
The programme has been accredited by the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) and is approved by the Chief Executive-in-Council.
Dependent on successful accreditation of the programme by the Physiotherapists Board, graduates will be qualified to practice as registered physiotherapists on graduation.

Applicants with previous HKDSE subject result of A040 ‘Liberal Studies’ will be used as the alternative of the core subject requirement of A045 ‘Citizenship and Social Development’.
Note 1:
Preference will be given to applicants who have obtained Level 4 or above in English Language and Level 3 or above in Biology or Physics in HKDSE.

First Year Tuition Fee
HK$ 160,260
The tuition fee for 2024-25 intake of the 4-year Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Physiotherapy Programme is $160,260 per year.
The tuition fee for 2024-25 intake after the deduction of the $79,770 subsidy under the Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions/Sectors is $80,490 per year.
The subsidy is tenable for the normal duration of the study programme concerned and is subject to the students' satisfactory fulfilment for progression in the study programme.
