Short Description
The B.Sc (Hons) in Architecture is a four-year degree programme that emphasizes both theoretical and professional knowledge. The programme provides courses in the domains of General Education, Architectural Design, Building Technology and Sustainability, Architectural History and Theories and Professional Practice to develop students' design potentials and academic capacities in the architecture profession. Graduates of the programme may practice in architecture-related firms or advance study in Master of Architecture programme. The programme is fully accredited by the HKCAAVQ and recognized by the HKSAR Government, and obtains The Hong Kong Institute of Architects Professional Accreditation (Part I) Status.

Applicants with previous HKDSE subject result of A040 ‘Liberal Studies’ will be used as the alternative of the core subject requirement of A045 ‘Citizenship and Social Development’.
Note1:
Besides Category A elective subjects, Mathematics extended modules (M1/M2) and "other languages" subjects (A2 or above in French/ German/ Spanish; or N3 or above in Japanese; or Grade 3 or above in Korean) can also be used to meet the elective requirement. If students take both M1 and M2, they are counted as one subject only.

The annual tuition fee of the programme is listed below:
Year 1 and Year 2: $73,000 per year
Year 3 and Year 4: $78,200 per year
After deduction of $46,780# subsidy from the Government, the annual tuition fee will be:
Year 1 and Year 2: $26,220 per year
Year 3 and Year 4: $31,420 per year
# Student who need a student visa/entry permit issued by the Immigration Department to study in Hong Kong is not covered under the SSSDP.
