Short Description
The programme aims to:
- provide a broad coverage of the various areas of knowledge associated with aviation including the operational and management aspects of aviation with supportive technologies.
- develop accountable professionals with the capacity to analyze and evaluate problems and issues encountered by the aviation industry, and to formulate effective solutions in an efficient manner.
- nurture students to become prudent and versatile global citizens who appreciate and respect cultural diversity.
- cultivate students’ personal integrity, ethical standards, individual values and attitudes, social responsibility, and critical and creative thinking skills to meet the challenges of the future.

Applicants with previous HKDSE subject result of A040 ‘Liberal Studies’ will be used as the alternative of the core subject requirement of A045 ‘Citizenship and Social Development’.
Remarks:
- HKDSE Category B subjects (Applied Learning) with attainment at “Attained” or above will be considered as elective subjects.

2027/2028 Cohort Tuition Fees for Bachelor of Aviation (Honours) in Operations and Management programme

Year 3 and 4 Tuition Fee (per year) HK$80,190
After the deduction of the SSSDP subsidy (calculation is based on the 2027/28 cohort SSSDP amount):
Year 1 and 2 Tuition Fee (per year) HK$27,110
Year 3 and 4 Tuition Fee (per year) HK$33,410
Remarks:
- The annual subsidy amount of HK$46,780 is only applicable to the 2027/28 cohort; the annual subsidy amount for 2028/29 cohort is to be announced by the Education Bureau. The annual subsidy amount may vary in each academic year subject to the announcement by the Education Bureau. For details, please visit http://www.cspe.edu.hk/sssdp.
- The subsidy is tenable for the normal duration of the programme, i.e. 4 years.
