1. JS1063: Shape the Future of Law and Tech – New Double Degree in Law and Computer Science at CityUHK

CityUHK is launching a new Double Degree Programme, JS1063 Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (Stream: Artificial Intelligence), jointly offered by the School of Law and the Department of Computer Science from the College of Computing.

The programme directly responds to the soaring global demand for legal-tech leaders who can navigate complex legal and ethical challenges driven by rapid advances in artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies.  Through an interdisciplinary curriculum, students will develop a strong foundation in both law and computer science, empowering them to bridge the gap between technological innovation and legal strategy.

2. JS1120: Social and Arts Global Excellence (SAGE) [Features: Any major in the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences (except for BSocSc Social Work) / Non-local experience / Interdisciplinary]

The College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences (CLASS) has introduced a new flagship programme – Social and Arts Global Excellence (SAGE).  SAGE supports students in exploring their scholarly interests and making informed professional choices.  It offers students the freedom to select a CLASS major (excluding BSocSc Social Work).  Students will complete two required Service Learning courses, together with tailored mentorship support, expert seminars, and international exchange and internship opportunities.  Eligible students will be considered for the prestigious Flagship Scholarships.
