Special Notes to Applicants who Have Applied for Rechecking and Remarking of HKDSE Examination Results with Main Round Offers

Scenario 1

Applicants, who do not receive Main Round offers and offers after reconsideration of application based on upgraded HKDSE Examination results on subject levels / grades after rechecking and remarking (RR results), may continue to be considered in Clearing Round.

Scenario 2

Applicants without Main Round offers AND received offers after reconsideration of application based on RR results should consider accepting or declining the offers.

Regardless of whether they accept or decline such offers, they will NOT be reconsidered for admission to any other programmes under JUPAS in the same academic year (2025 – 2026).

Scenario 3

For applicants who have declined their Main Round offers AND without "better" offers after reconsideration of their applications based on RR results, their Main Round offers remain as "DECLINED".  They will NOT be reconsidered for admission to any other programmes under JUPAS in the same academic year (2025 – 2026).

Scenario 4

Applicants, who have declined their Main Round offers AND received "better" offers after reconsideration of their applications based on RR results, should consider accepting or declining the "better" offers.  Their original Main Round offers are withdrawn immediately. 

Regardless of whether they accept or decline the "better" offers, they will NOT be reconsidered for admission to any other programmes under JUPAS in the same academic year (2025 – 2026).

Scenario 5

For applicants who have accepted their Main Round offers AND without "better" offers after reconsideration of their applications based on RR results, their Main Roun offers remain as "ACCEPTED".  They will NOT be reconsidered for admission to any other programmes under JUPAS in the same academic year (2025 – 2026).

Scenario 6

Applicants, who have accepted their Main Round offers AND received "better" offers after reconsideration of their applications based on RR results, should consider accepting or declining the "better" offers.  Their original Main Round offers are withdrawn immediately.
