Summary of Procedures for Modification of Programme Choices (after Release of HKDSE Examination Results)

Applicants should complete ALL of the following steps for the modifications of programme choices:

1. LOG IN to JUPAS accounts during 14 July (3:00 pm) – 16 July 2027 (3:00 pm)* to modify their programme ONCE, FREE OF CHARGE

2. CONFIRM understanding and accepting the terms listed in the declaration pages

3. MODIFY programme choices in "My DRAFT Programme Choices"

4. SUBMIT the modified programme choices from "My DRAFT Programme Choices" to "My CONFIRMED Programme Choices" by

   1. entering the password of JUPAS accounts in the textbox provided; and

   2. clicking the "Submit" button

5. VIEW and RETAIN the modified programme choices in "My CONFIRMED Programme Choices"

6. LOG IN to JUPAS accounts again to VERIFY the modified programme choices

7. CHECK emails and SMS via registered mobile phone number to confirm successful modification of programme choices

Applicants are advised to read the Applicants' User Guide before modifying their programme choices.

Notes on Submission of Programme Choices

Programme choices remaining under "My DRAFT Programme Choices" are working drafts only which will NOT be submitted automatically and will NOT be considered by the Institutions.

Only programme choices recorded under "My CONFIRMED Programme Choices" will be considered by the Institutions.
