Applicants' User Guide

Submission of Request for Reconsideration of Application Based on RR Results WITH Modification of Programme Choices

Applicants should complete ALL of the following steps for the submission of requests for reconsideration of applications based on RR results (Reconsideration) with modification of programme choices.

  1. LOG IN to JUPAS accounts during 13 August 2026 (9:00 am – 5:00 pm)*

  2. CONFIRM understanding and accepting all the terms listed in the declaration pages

  3. INDICATE the wish to submit the requests for Reconsideration with modifications of the programme choices

  4. MODIFY programme choices in "My DRAFT Programme Choices"

  5. SUBMIT the modified programme choices from "My DRAFT Programme Choices" to "My CONFIRMED Programme Choices" by

    1. typing "Yes" in the textbox provided; and

    2. clicking the "Submit" button

  6. VIEW and RETAIN the modified programme choices in "My CONFIRMED Programme Choices"

  7. LOG IN to JUPAS accounts again to VERIFY the modified programme choices 

  8. CHECK emails and SMS to confirm successful submission

Notes on Submission of Programme Choices

Any programme choices contained in "My DRAFT Programme Choices", under any circumstances, are the working drafts only and would NEITHER be:

  1. considered by the 9 JUPAS participating-institutions and the SSSDP institutions; nor

  2. automatically submitted to "My CONFIRMED Programme Choices".

Applicants must submit "My DRAFT Programme Choices" to "My CONFIRMED Programme Choices" in order to be considered by the 9 JUPAS participating-institutions and / or the SSSDP institutions.

Submission of Request for Reconsideration of Application Based on RR Results WITHOUT Modification of Programme Choices

Applicants should complete ALL of the following steps for the submission of requests for Reconsideration without modifications of programme choices.

  1. LOG IN to JUPAS accounts during 13 August 2026 (9:00 am – 5:00 pm)*

  2. CONFIRM understanding and accepting all the terms listed in the declaration pages

  3. INDICATE the wish to submit the requests for Reconsideration without modifications of the programme choices

  4. VIEW and RETAIN programme choices in "My CONFIRMED Programme Choices"

  5. LOG IN to JUPAS accounts again to VERIFY programme choices

  6. CHECK emails and SMS to confirm successful submission

Applicants are advised to read the Applicants' User Guide before submitting their requests.
