Short Description
There is a significant demand for surveying services and quality graduates. The programme provides a highly vocational-oriented surveying degree supported by practical studies and work-integrated learning placement. It also provides a choice of two multiple specialisations to enhance professional expertise and employability, namely (1) Quantity Surveying and Property & Facility Management (QS and PFM) Stream, and (2) Building Surveying, General Practice and Planning & Development (BS, GP and PD) Stream.

Applicants with previous HKDSE subject result of A040 ‘Liberal Studies’ will be used as the alternative of the core subject requirement of A045 ‘Citizenship and Social Development’.
Admission Score Calculation on Citizenship and Social Development
“Attained” in Citizenship and Social Development will be counted as “Level 2” in the admission score calculation.
Calculation of scores for applicants with more than 1 sitting in HKDSE Examination
The best result from a combination of all HKDSE subjects will be considered and there is no penalty or marks deducted for repeated sittings.
Alternative Qualification(s) in Chinese Language (for NCS applicants only)
If applicants do not have the required HKDSE Chinese Language qualifications, under specific circumstances1, the following language results will be considered individually in the application :

After Deducting SSSDP Subsidy
- First-Year Tuition Fee: HK$65,480
- Estimated Total Programme Fee (4-year normal duration): HK$261,920
Remarks:
- Tuition fees for subsequent years are subject to annual adjustment, capped at the movement of the Composite Consumer Price Index (CCPI) announced by the Government. The estimated total programme fee is calculated based on the tuition fee for the first year of study and has not yet reflected any CCPI-based fee adjustments for subsequent academic years (i.e. AY2028/29 onwards).
- The annual subsidy for this programme is HK$46,780 for the 2027/28 cohort. The subsidy is tenable for the normal duration of the programme, i.e. 4 years.
- Only applicants who satisfy the Category I (CAT I) eligibility criteria stipulated by the Education Bureau (EDB) are eligible for the Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions/Sectors (SSSDP).
